Grade: E-7
Pay Scale: 43200-66000

Educational Qualifications:

MBA/MSW with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or Human Resources Management OR Two years full time PG Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resources Management. Preference will be given to candidates having Law Degree with above qualifications.

Experience:

Minimum 19 (nineteen) years Post Qualification Executive Experience in line in a PSU / Large Private Sector organization.

Age: Maximum 52 years as on 01.03.2010

2. Sr. Manager (Civil)

Grade: E-5

Pay Scale: 32900-58000

Educational Qualification: Full time Graduate Degree in the relevant branch of Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 13 (Thirteen) years Post Qualification Executive Experience in line in a PSU / Large Private Sector organization.Candidates
working in Govt. / Public Sector must have minimum one year experience in the next lower grade /scale.

Age: Maximum 45 years as on 01.03.2010

3. Manager (Electrical/Chemical/Instrumentation)

Grade: E-4

Pay Scale: 29100-54500

Educational Qualification: Full time Graduate Degree in the relevant branch of Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 9 (nine) years Post Qualification Executive Experience
in line in a PSU / Large Private Sector organization. Candidates working in Govt. / Public Sector must have minimum one year experience in the next lower grade / scale.

Age: Maximum 45 years as on 01.03.2010

4. Manager (Information Technology)

Grade: E-4

Pay Scale: 29100-54500

Educational Qualification:

Full time Graduate Degree in Engineering in Computer Science / Information Technology.

Experience:

Minimum 9 (nine) years Post Qualification Executive Experience in line in a PSU / Large Private Sector organization. Candidates working in Govt. / Public Sector must have minimum one year experience in the next lower grade /scale.

5. Manager (Finance & Accounts)

Educational Qualification:

Graduate with CA / ICWA / MBA-full time with specialization in Finance.

Experience:

6. Dy. Manager (Contract & Procurement)

Educational Qualification:

Full time Graduate Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical/Instrumentation discipline.Preference would be given to candidates having Two years Full time MBA /Two years Full time PG
Diploma with specialization in Materials Management.

Experience:

Minimum 5 (five) years Post Qualification Executive Experience in line relating to Contracts & Procurement functions in a PSU/Large Private Sector Organization.

Age: 40 years.

7. Dy. Manager(Human Resource)

Grade: E-3

Pay Scale: 24900-50500

Educational Qualification:

Two years full time MBA/MSW with specialization in Personnel Management
& Industrial Relations/Human Resources Management OR Two years full time PG Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/Human Resources Management.

Experience:

Minimum 5 (five) years Post Qualification Executive Experience in line in a PSU / Large Private Sector organization. Candidates must have exposure to Manpower Planning, Industrial Relations & Welfare (including arbitration, conciliation, court cases and disciplinary matters), Policy
Formulation, Performance Management System, HR Interventions, Balance Score Card, Competency Mapping etc. in a Public Sector Enterprise OR large
Private Sector Enterprise.

8. Dy. Manager (Marketing)

Grade: E-3

Pay Scale: 24900-50500

Educational Qualification:

Full time Graduate Degree in Engineering with PG Diploma in Marketing OR Full time MBA having specialization in Marketing.

Minimum 5 (five) years Post Qualification Executive Experience in line in a PSU / Large Private Sector organization. Candidates working in Govt. / Public Sector must have minimum one year experience in the next lower grade / scale.

9. Dy. Manager (Security)

Grade: E-3

Pay Scale: 24900-50500

Educational Qualifications:

Full time Graduate Degree. Diploma in Industrial Security will be considered an added qualification.

Experience:

Should have served as Commissioned Officer in the Armed forces or at an
equivalent level in the Para-military forces for minimum 05 years of which at least one year’s experience should have been in the next lower grade / scale.

PG Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/Human Resources Management with minimum 60% marks in aggregate. Preference will
be given to candidates having Law Degree with above qualifications.
