Job Description
-Should be able to manage and guide a team of officers, supervisors and workers in the Fabrication /Welding area.
-Should be able to drive and improve the productivity of the Shop.
-Should be able to develop and maintain PQR S/WPS and inspection test plans
-Should be able to plan activities in detail and must be able to deploy resources accordingly.
