Job Profile: The individual will be involved in delivery of training along theØ provided process and soft skills curriculum He/She would be responsible for the overall performance of theØ training batch. The trainer would also be responsible for refresher training deliveryØ on the operations floor. He/She would be responsible for working closely with the processØ operations team to identify with knowledge and skills gaps He/She will be involved in creating an end to end trainingØ intervention in terms of analyzing the training need, delivering the same as well as mapping and tracking the impact and effectiveness of training They would also need to do Pre and post training analysis and mappingØ the impact of the training intervention provided by them. Excellent written and verbal communication skillsØ Strong people management and group handling skillsØ
