A candidate Should have good experience in AIX expertise to troubleshoot incidents & problems related to Production environment. Candidates Should also be able to work in a Projectized environment to be able to handle internal customers. Should have good understanding and experience of applying OS patches & packages. Candidates Should be able to implement changes to the components of a live infrastructure/application Should have experience working in an ITIL compliant environment. Candidates should preferably have Knowledge & working experience on other UNIX flavors like Linux, HP & Sun Solaris.
Roles & Responsiblities:
6+ yrs of experience AIX Administration skills LPAR, DLPAR, HMC, CSM, experience in GFPS wouldbe an added advantage. Network Connectivity and protocols with respect to the UNIX platform HACMP Tivoli Storage Manager administration skills Shell Scripting Problem solving skills In depth infrastructure knowledge Good communication skills Upgrades, Distribution of OS, Patches & Packages
