Cement Corporation of India Ltd. (CCI), a Central Public Sector Undertaking is a multi-unit organisation engaged in manufacturing and marketing of cement in the country, is looking for dynamic and result oriented professionals for the following posts at the level/grade of E-3 to E-7 :
GENERAL MANAGER (E-7)
Scale of Pay : Rs.43200-66000 (IDA)
Age limit : 52 years as on 01.01.2010
Qualification : Degree in Engineering from a recognized University/Institute. MBA Degree will be added advantage.
Experience : Minimum 18 years post qualification experience in the areas of
operation & maintenance of large size dry process cement plants,
out of which at least two years experience should be in the next below pay scale in Public Sector Undertaking or equivalent. Persons should have technical and managerial experience in the areas of operation and maintenance of large size dry process cement plant. The incumbent should have worked in a large size cement plant for at least 4 years at senior managerial position. Cross functional knowledge of various facets of cement industry with a flair for analytical working will be desirable.
DY. GENERAL MANAGER(MM) -(E-5) SR. MANAGER(MINING) (E-4) / MANAGER(MINING) (E-3)

Age limit : 45 years as on 01.01.2010.
Qualification : Degree in Mining Engg. or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institute with First Class Managers Competency Certificate under MMR -1961.
Experience : Minimum 10 years post qualification experience for E-4 post and 7 years experience for E-3 post. The prescribed experience should be in quarry management in open cast mechanised mines, preferably attached to cement plants. Out of 10 years (for E-4)/7 years(for E-3) experience, minimum 2 years experience should be in next below grade i.e. E-3/E-2, as the case may be, in Public Sector Undertaking or equivalent responsibility .
SR. MANAGER(COMPUTER APPLICATION) (E-4)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 29100-54500 (IDA) Age limit : 45 years as on 01.01.2010
Qualification : BE Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/MCA/M. Tech. in Computer Science from recognized University or Institute.
Experience : Minimum 10 years post qualification experience in the area of information technology, programming, system analysis, design & implementation of its business application in organization of repute. Out of 10 years experience, minimum 2 years experience should be in next below grade i.e. E-3 in Public Sector Undertaking or equivalent responsibility .
SR. MANAGER(LEGAL) (E-4) / MANAGER(LEGAL) (E-3)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 29100-54500 (E-4)/ Rs.24900-50500(E-3) (IDA)
Age limit : 45 years as on 01.01.2010
Qualification : Graduate with 3 years professional law Degree from any recognized University/Institute.
Experience : Minimum 12 years post qualification experience for E-4 post and 8 years experience for E-3 post should be at the Bar or in law deptt. of a Govt. or Public/Private Undertaking. Thorough knowledge of commercial and industrial law. Should be conversant with practice and procedure of the courts/tribunals/arbitral bench with regard to arbitration cases. Out of 12 years(for E-4)/8 years(for E-3) experience, minimum 2 years experience should be in next below grade i.e. E-3/E-2, as the case may be, in Public Sector Undertaking or equivalent responsibility
ALLOWANCES & PERKS
Besides Basic Pay and Dearness Allowance, the post also carries attractive Perks & Allowances as per Rules of the Corporation. In case of unit posting, the incumbent shall be entitled for subsidized accommodation/electricity and North East Allowance(in case of NE Region).
The superannuation benefits like CPF, Gratuity, Leave Encashment etc. are also offered.
Age relaxation and reservation for SC/ST/OBC candidates will be applicable as per Govt. Rules. The post carries All India Service Liability.
