Distribution: Out of three posts, one post is reserved each for SC & OBC candidates.
Educational Qualifications :
i) An MBBS Qualification recognized by Medical Council of India.
ii) Post-graduate Degree qualification in the concerned super-speciality i.e. D.M. (Gastroenterology).
Experience : Three years’ teaching experience as Senior Resident / Tutor / Demonstrator/Registrar in the concerned super-speciality in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first post-graduate degree.
Duties: To impart theoretical and practical instructions to Under-graduate/Post-graduate medical students. To conduct and guide research work in the speciality. To render patient care in the Speciality. Any other duties that may be assigned by the authorities from time to time.
2. Name of Post: Assistant Professors(Neuro-Surgery), Specialist Grade II
Total Vacancies: 03
Distribution: Out of three posts, one post is reserved each for SC,ST & OBC candidates.
Qualifications :
i) An MBBS Qualification recognized by Medical Council of India
ii) Post –graduate degree qualification in the concerned Super-Speciality i.e. M.Ch(Neuro-Surgery) or Speciality Board of Neurological Surgery(USA).
3. Name of Post: Specialist, Grade – II(Pathology)
Total Vacancies: 01
Qualifications :
i) A recognized Medical qualification
ii) Post –graduate Degree in the concerned speciality i.e., MD (Pathology), MD (Pathology and Bacteriology), MD (Pathology with Bacteriology), M.Sc (Pathology), M.Sc (Medical Pathology), Ph.D (Pathology), D.Sc (Pathology), Speciality Board of Pathology (USA) or D.C.P., DPB.
Experience: Three years’ experience in the concerned speciality after obtaining Post-Graduate degree and five years’ experience in the concerned speciality after obtaining Post-graduate diploma.
Duties : To conduct and guide research work in the speciality. To render patient care in the Speciality. Any other duties that may be assigned by the authorities from time to time.
HQ : Lakshadweep Island However, liable to serve anywhere in India.
