• Desired Qualification : BA / B.Com / B.Sc. / BBA / BHM / B.Pharma / B.P.T etc.
• Experience : Freshers / Final Year Result Awaited / Candidates with atleast 6 months experience in International BPO would be
preferred
• Candidate Must posses excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Willing to work in 24 X 7 environment
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Handling Inbound/Outbound International Voice calls
• Resolving/Handling customer issues
• Document the calls to ensure all information is captured
• Maintaining secrecy of data
• Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process
• Attend briefings, trainings/refresher sessions and meetings as
required
• Should be able to work in rotational night shifts
