Railway Recruitment Board is inviting applications on the prescribed format on A-4 Paper from eligible Indian Nationals for the various posts of
technicians for various regions across India.
Job Name: Technician Signal Grade II
Total Vacancies: 41 Posts
Candidates must have passed in B.Sc in Physics or be passed in 10+2 with Maths and Physics and a casual ESM for 2 years in S&T department of
Indian Railways.
Pay Scale:Rs.5200 – 20200 with a grade pay of Rs.2400.
Must be in the age group of 18 to 30 years as on 1 July 2010. Relaxation in age is applicable for SC,ST,OBC as per government rules.
Job Name: Technician Signal Grade III
Total Vacancies: 99 Posts
Candidates must have passed Matriculation plus an ITI/Apprenticeship in related trades or have a 10+2 with Maths and physics or have a three year
diploma in certain engineering subjects approved by AICTE (See the link given below for complete details).
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – 20200 with a grade pay of Rs.1900.
Age should be between 18 and 30 years as on 1 July 2010.
