Responsibilities:
To carry out the Prepaid Sales order Processing and accounting including the Settlement to Channel Partners at the circle for Idea and its subsidiary company by implementing best practices and processes defined by Corporate/accounting body, accurate financial reporting, managing business risks and achieving cost reduction with a view to support the Circle in achieving budgeted targets.
PRIMARY & SHARED RESPONSIBILITIES
PRIMARY
Financial Reporting
Prepaid Sales order processing, invoicing and accounting for Idea and its subsidiary company.
Implementation of Dealer Sales Management and Order entry Module in Oracle.
Ensuring timely inputs for Book Closing.
Monitoring cash management systems for collection of funds from various Channel Partners.
Credit control & Compliance
Monitoring Credit limits including exposure for business associates and highlight incase of any deviations.
Obtain Balance Confirmation from all Channel Partners on monthly basis for Primary and Channel Settlement.
Monitor & ensure compliance to local legislations such a VAT, Service tax, DOT guidelines for WPC & license fees. Also comply with internal processes and accounting policy.
Management Information System
Prepare MIS report as per specified formats along with variance analysis.
SHARED
Budgetary Control
Monitor and control adherence to the Revenue budgets during the year.
Cost Reduction
Identify & achieve reduction in operating cost as regards to cost in the area of Prepaid Sales Order processing.
Customer Service
Ensure adherence to timelines & resolve all conflicts relating to Primary Billing, Channel Payouts / Settlements at Circle level (Account Statement mismatches, Claims due etc.)
