1. Should be a BE Computer Science /MCA graduate.
2. Should have around 1 – 3 Years of IT Exposure.
3. Should have a good Design & Programming skills.
4. Should have good hold on any of the following lan gua ges – C#/C++/Java/Pro*C.
5. Should have a good understanding of JEE.
6. Should have Excellent inter-personal an d communication skills with the ability to deal with users at all levels in an organisation.
7. Should have Good attitude and able to co-operate & work in a team.
8. Proactive thinking.
9. Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
10. Ability to logically prioritize tasks and schedule work accordingly.
11. Strong motivation to learn new technologies.
12. Should also be flexible for long working hours.
Roles & Responsiblities:
To be a part of 24 x 7 application support desk – for intranet applications of STM. The resources will debug application problems for the core development team across the globe. The resources should have a background on Unix and should be profecient on UNIX / JAVA or PRO*C
