National Institute of Technology (NIT) Rourkela invites applications from Indian Nationals, possessing superior academic background for the following time bound positions on contract basis. The positions shall offer a stipend (not a salary) for preparing young people with on-the-job experience for working in industry, business or similar organizations.
1. Name of Post: Stipendiary Engineer
Maximum Age: Must be born on or after 01.03.1989.
Salary: Rs. Rs.12800/- per month consolidated
Qualification: Candidates with Diploma in Civil/Electrical Engineering/
Architecture or Computer Science or MCA or BSc (Ag) specializing in Horticulture or Forestry.
2. Name of Post: Stipendiary Assistant
Maximum Age: Must be born on or after 01.03.1989.
Salary: Rs. Rs.6800/- per month consolidated
Qualification: Candidates with Graduation in any branch preferably B.Com or BBA or BCA or Diploma in Office management/Secretarial practices.
3. Name of Post: Stipendiary Technician
Maximum Age: Must be born on or after 01.03.1989.
Salary: Rs. Rs.6800/- per month consolidated
Qualification: Candidates with ITI in Electrician/ Electronic/ Refrigeration mechanic/ Welder/ Fitter/Machinist or Turner.
