Qualifications:

1. Matric/High School/10th/SSLC plus

2. ITI/ National Trade Certificate (NTC) plus

3.National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC)

Pay Scale:

Selected candidates will initially be taken as Temporary Employees for a period of one year. During this period they will be paid daily wages as per notification of the State Government from time to time for the initial six months and consolidated wages for the subsequent six months. Currently the average wages for skilled workers on daily rated basis are Rs. 4420/-p.m. approx and consolidated wages are Rs. 5500 p.m. In addition, they will be entitled to Leave, Contributory Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity, Free medical benefits for self and dependent family members as per Company rules and will also be eligible for subsidized company accommodation, if available. On successful completion of this one year period, they will be absorbed in the regular establishment as Artisan Gr. IV/Draughtsman Gr. IV at the minimum of the scale of pay of Rs. 11700-23000/- with applicable allowances such as Dearness Allowance, Perks at 46% of basic pay, House Rent Allowance etc as
per rules.
