APPOINTMENT OF JUNIOR ENGINEERS (Electrical) ON CONTRACT BASIS
Madhya Pradesh Poorv Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Limited (MPPKVVCL), Jabalpur has been
incorporated to undertake activities of distribution of electricity in the Eastern part of M.P., invites
applications from the eligible candidates for appointment of J.E.(Electrical-Contract) as per the following
detail :-

1. Name of Post: Junior Engineer
Number of Posts: 101
Maximum Age: The age of the candidates should not be less than 21 years and not more than 30 years as on
30/06/2012. Candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC/ Physically Handicapped categories, widow /
divorcee lady candidates, ex serviceman shall get relaxation in upper age limit to an extent of five
years subject to production of proof.
Salary: The Junior Engineer (Electrical – Contract) shall be engaged initially on a lump-sum consolidated
monthly honorarium of Rs. 15,000/- per month plus Rs.400/- per month mobility allowance and
Rs.400/- per month communication allowance. The honorarium may be increased by 10% after one
year of contract period, depending upon the performance of the person engaged on contract. The
minimum statutory employer’s contribution towards New Pension Scheme shall be exclusive of
above.
Qualification: Candidates with Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical
and Electronics Engineering from an institute recognized by University Grants Commission or
AICTE, with minimum 60% marks in aggregate in case of Unreserved / OBC category candidates
and 50% in case of SC / ST category candidates. Candidates having degree in Electrical or
Electrical and Electronics branch may also apply.
Documents to be furnished in original at the time of verification alongwith one set of photocopies of documents attested by Gazetted officer and one copy of online submitted application form :-
a) Higher Secondary or High School Examination certificate in support of date of birth.
b) Certificate of Diploma / Degree / Post Graduation Degree in Electrical Engineering or
Electrical and Electronics Engineering with each semester mark sheet.
c) Caste certificate, duly attested (in case of reserved category candidates).
d) Domicile certificate, duly attested in case of candidates applying in reserved category.
e) Candidates serving in government / semi government / public sector should submit N.O.C. from the employer.
f) 2 nos. self attested (and 1 no. without attested ) passport size photographs.
g) Identity card / passport / driving license / Election card / Bank pass book (having photograph pasted on it) for identity and address proof.
Application Fee: Fee for Unreserved / OBC category candidates shall be Rs.300/- plus Rs. 60/- portal charges.
