1. Name of Post: Management Trainee

Maximum Age: As on 31.8.2012 maximum age limit for General candidates 25 years. Relaxation in age to SC/ST/OBC(Non Creamy Layer)/PH candidates will be provided as per Govt.guidelines.
Salary: The selected candidates shall be required to undergo training for one year. During training they will be paid a consolidated amount (approx.) of Rs. 27000/- p.m. (at Noida, Chennai & Vizag) and Rs.26700/- p.m.(at Baroda) as stipend.On successful completion of one year of training they will be absorbed as Engineer in the pay scale of Rs.16400-40500/- with basic pay of Rs. 16400/- p.m. & total monthly emoluments will be approx. Rs.40,570/- p.m.(Noida) and Rs. 38,680/-p.m.(Baroda) provided accommodation is not provided by Baroda Office considering DA as per IDA pattern perks and HRA. Other facilities such as Leave Encashment, Contributory PF, Group Insurance, Medical reimbursement for Indoor Treatment, Gratuity etc. as per Company Rules are available.
The selected candidates are likely to be posted at any of the offices of PDIL at the discretion of the management.
Qualification: Candidates with Graduate Engineering Degree in respective qualifying disciplines from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ST candidates) alongwith qualified GATE Score in 2012. Wherever CGPA/OGPA or letter grade in the qualifying degree is awarded, the equivalent percentage of marks should be indicated in the online application form as per norms adopted by the University/Institute. The candidate will have to produce a copy of these norms with respect to his/her University/Institute at the time of Interview.
