The Division of Education Research (DER), NCERT is conducting the above study. The duration of the project is nine months. The qualifications (both essential and desirable) are mentioned against each of the posts. Requirement of Project Staff under the project “Evaluation Study of the Expansion/Extension Activities of Entire Network of National Bal Bhavan” sponsored by MHRD
1. Name of Post: Senior Consultant
Number of Posts: 01
Salary: Rs. 50,000 /- per month (consolidated)
Qualification: Candidates with PG n in any discipline with at least 55% marks at PG Level & at least 5 years experience of educational research/evaluation.
Desired Qualification: Experience in the field of evaluation of programmes/organizations, data processing and report writing. Experience of handling externally funded time bound projects preferably in the area relevant to the topic of the project, proficiency in English and working on computer.
Job Profile: The Senior Consultant will be required to work on full time basis and should be comfortable with travelling in different states. The job involves conducting evaluation study of working, organizational & financial activities of National Bal Bhawan in the country, analysis of data and preparation of report.
2. Name of Post: Senior Research Assistant
Number of Posts: 01
Salary: Rs. 15,000 /- per month (consolidated)
Qualification: Candidates with Ph. D. in any discipline with at least 55% marks at PG Level.
Job Requirement: Will be required to work on a full time basis which includes travelling, collecting data from National Bal Bhawan and other centers, data entry, analysis will be required to assist in conducting the study, and in preparation of report.
